Privacy Notice
Last updated July 4, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Unquittable Church ("Unquittable Church", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal data in connection with Unquittable Pulse (the "Service"). Unquittable Church is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Service.
Anonymous surveys
The Service is designed so congregation members respond to pulse surveys anonymously. Members are not required to create an account or provide their name or email to take a survey, and we do not attempt to identify individual respondents from their answers.
Personal data we collect
- Leader account data — name, email address, and login credentials for church leaders who create an account.
- Connection requests — contact details (such as phone or email) and notes that a member voluntarily submits when asking a leader to reach out.
- Survey responses — anonymous answers used to produce aggregated dashboards and insights.
- Usage and device data — technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage/telemetry collected to operate and secure the Service.
How and why we use data
- to create and administer leader accounts and provide the Service;
- to generate dashboards, trends, and AI insights from anonymous survey data;
- to deliver connection-request notifications to the appropriate church leader;
- to secure the Service and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to improve the Service and provide customer support;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We process personal data where necessary to perform our contract with you, in reliance on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, to comply with legal obligations, and, where applicable, with your consent.
How we share data
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
- Merchant of Record — Paddle.com, which handles the sale of subscriptions, payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — such as legal and accounting advisers, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Anonymous survey data may be retained in aggregated form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at unquittablechurch.com. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, and where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required to sign in and operate the Service, and we may use limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect how the Service works.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
